Stay ready for anything.
Stay ready for anything.
We prioritize two things above all else: vision and passion.
Vision is the ability to anticipate challenges and effectively prepare for the unexpected. It’s something you don’t develop overnight. It takes experience dealing with life-or-death situations to effectively guide others.
Passion is the force that compels us to be the best in the industry. Our passion comes from being in stressful environments and responding to emergencies—working in situations where people use the supplies that we provide. We’re passionate about protecting emergency service workers because we’ve been in their shoes.

Happy Clients
Dr. Damon A. Darsey learned the value of preparation early in his career as a paramedic and emergency medicine physician. While other doctors in his position were hesitant to ride and fly along in emergency transport services, Dr. Darsey jumped at the opportunity, relying on his experience as a paramedic and certifications in emergency medicine and emergency medical services.
These first-responder experiences highlighted the shortcomings in the ways essential equipment is supplied. Aspiring to bridge that gap, Dr. Darsey left the medical field and started what is now Paladin Emergency Consulting Services. Paladin has already received more than $41 million in grants and grown its client base substantially
Hospitals must remain flexible and continually anticipate setbacks before they arise. Power outages, natural disasters, and overcrowding can hinder their abilities to treat patients, but with suƽcient emergency supplies, they can weather any storm without missing a beat.
Ensuring that patients receive the best care possible while being transported to primary care facilities can mean the difference between life and death. Emergency transport service teams must remain their most effective, even when difficult circumstances unexpectedly worsen.
First responders are a unique band of individuals who run towards danger and disaster. These extraordinary men and women deserve equally extraordinary wellness programs. They require the mental, physical, and occupational services and resources to do their jobs and protect their communities.
